HOW I GOT HERE
Like many of you, I grew up with the notion that hard work and a good job will lead to a "good life.” After attending Indiana University for my undergraduate degree, I got a job, moved up the ladder quickly, and things were about to get "good.” I landed the big promotion, earned the prestigious title, made money, and won the cubicle with the window, but shortly after, the market crashed, and the company went under.

So I regrouped, went back to graduate school, and got my International MBA and a Masters in Real Estate & Construction Management. With the economy still struggling, I had a choice to make: accept a subpar job & chip away at my student loans or start my own business. I realized that NO WAY was I going to work hard for someone else ever again. I trusted my gut, started investing in real estate, founded Opulence Real Estate Group, and never looked back.

What would you do differently if money wasn’t an issue?
Today, I can honestly say I’m living my purpose and creating a legacy I’m proud of. I’m living & working with my wife, Michelle, and we have two dogs, Mr. Maximus and Captain Jack. We love to travel. Intelligent real estate investing allows us to vacation frequently in places like Mexico, all the USA hot spots, Puerto Rico, Cuba, the Caribbean while expanding our portfolio. We bought sweet-a$$ homes in the mountains, the city, and on the water.
Spending time where we want and how we want is an amazing feeling. And what I’m trying to illustrate is that you can do this anywhere and live how you want to live (you’re the architect of your own life!) Only you put limits on what your life can be.
